Privacy policy

I collect your email only when you join the availability list. I also use optional website analytics to learn which pages people visit. I load Google Analytics only after you choose Allow analytics. I also require a verified manual-event stream.

Availability-list data

When you join the list, I store the email address you enter, an internal app identifier, and the latest signup time in Google Firebase Firestore. I use that information to record your request and contact you about the app's availability.

The server also sends a signup notice through Resend to my Gmail inbox. That notice contains your email address, the page where you signed up, and the signup time.

Rate limiting

The server reads your IP address to limit repeated submissions. It keeps the IP address and recent request times in server memory for about one minute after your latest request, then removes them. It does not add your IP address to your Firestore record or signup notice.

Retention and deletion

I keep your signup in Firestore and my inbox until I send the requested availability update or you ask me to delete it. Email me from the address you submitted if you want me to remove your signup from the active records I control. Provider backups may follow each provider's own retention schedule.

What I measure

After you accept, I send Google Analytics a sanitized page view. I also measure App Store product-link clicks with the reviewed site, app, page, position, campaign, and broad first-landing fields. I do not send button copy, raw UTM values, the browser's full URL or real referrer, waitlist values, email addresses, health answers, or user IDs through this website analytics contract.

When I enable Google Analytics, I replace the browser's current URL and real referrer with this site's origin, a sanitized path, and a controlled same-site root referrer. I turn off Google advertising signals and ad personalization. I keep Google Analytics off unless I verify that its automatic page-change and outbound-click measurement stays off.

What I store on your device

• I save your analytics choice in local storage so I can remember it.
• After you accept, I save one sanitized first-landing record for the current browser session. It contains a broad channel, a controlled source label, and an allowlisted source hostname when one matches. I do not store raw UTM values, query strings, or full referrers.
• Google Analytics may set analytics cookies only after you accept and I verify the manual-event stream.

Your choice

You can refuse analytics and keep using the site. You can also change your mind at any time: choose Analytics settings at the bottom of any page, then choose Stop analytics. I clear the saved attribution and GA cookies, then I stop sending future analytics events after you revoke consent.

If your browser cannot save a refusal, I still stop analytics for the current page and tell you that it did not save your choice. You can try again so your refusal survives a reload.

Providers

Google processes Firestore, Gmail, and accepted analytics data. Read Google's privacy policy. Resend processes the signup notice while it delivers that notice to Gmail. Read Resend's privacy policy.
