Seventy-five photos don't lie.

Every day you match your Day 1 frame — same mirror, same light, your first photo ghosted over the camera so the timeline lines up. Day to day you'll see nothing. That's the design. Day 1 against day 40 is where you'll gasp.

On day 75 the app sets the first frame beside the last and builds your timelapse — the proof your mirror couldn't show you and your scale never knew. Private by default. You export it, or nobody ever sees it.

How is this different from a 75 Hard tracker?

What does cycle-flex actually do?

You tell the app where you are in your cycle — it never reads your calendar or predicts anything. On a pre-period or low-energy week, your movement promise softens to 'move gently — rest can count,' and the day still counts as kept. On a high-energy week, you push, because you can. Same 75 days, same standard, placed where your body can deliver it.

Are my photos private?

Completely. Your 75 proof photos live on your phone, private by default. Nothing is judged, nothing is uploaded for analysis, and nobody sees the Day 1 vs Day 75 compare or your timelapse unless you export and share it yourself.
